IMPLEMENTATION OF AHP AND FIS TSUKAMOTO METHODS FOR SELECTING STUDENTS IN BSM PROGRAM

Abstract


Basically the granting of aid poor students is a government program has been going on for several decades. The giving is considered quite significant to help underprivileged students financially, in the field of education. The program aims to help students overcome the problem of dropouts and education blind. The study of the program BSM(bantuan siswa miskin) is still not effective distributed to students owners. For that necessary system that distribution decision making more appropriate, timely and proper amount. 

AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) is one of the appropriate decision-making methods to rank or the best results according to the specified criteria. To ensure the number of recipients BSM used method of FIS Tsukamoto. This method can produce crisp value as a reference number of the beneficiaries. The result of the process in the form of weighted criteria and the number of recipients implemented BSM into visual basic with MySql as the database. This research was carried out in primary schools Country 02 Sawah Brebes Bandar Lampung. It is expected that both methods are able to help the school in selecting and determining the number of recipients in effective BSM.
