PROMOTING “SIMPEL PAS” (LEARNING ASSESSMENT) PROGRAM FOR IMPROVING STUDENTS’ LEARNING EVALUATION

Abstract


ABSTRACT

 

 

The objective of this research was to describe; (1).the procedures of students’ learning evaluation by using “Simpel PAS” program, and (2).the problems and its solutions in using “Simpel PAS” program.The methodology of this research was descriptive research that involved students of Foreign Language Academy Dian CiptaCendikia Bandar Lampung for B-1D3-BIclass in period 2016/2017. The subject tests were taken randomly. There were only two tests. The learning evaluation was applied after final test.The research findings indicated that; (1)The procedure of Simple PAS program for students’ learning evaluation were easy, effective and efficient. The teacher/lecturer and user can use the program by Microsoft excel 7, (2) The problems appeared were kinds of test, schedule of collecting final score, registration code, and the result of test validity. The solution for these problem was the owner and users should revise and manage the rule and system to make learning evaluation process effectively and accurately
