The “Saburai” International Journal of Social Science and Development (Saburai-IJSSD)  is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible measures against any publication malpractices. All authors submitting their works to the Saburai-IJSSD journal for publication as original articles attest that the submitted works represent their authors’ contributions and have not been copied or plagiarized in whole or in part from other works. The authors acknowledge that they have disclosed all and any actual or potential conflicts of interest with their work or partial benefits associated with it. In the same manner, the Saburai-IJSSD journal is committed to objective and fair peer-review of the submitted for publication works and to prevent any actual or potential conflict of interests between the editorial and review personnel and the reviewed material. Any departures from the above-defined rules should be reported directly to the Editors-in-Chief, who is unequivocally committed to providing swift resolutions to any of such a type of problems.

Peer Review Process

Every peer-reviewed research article appearing in the “Saburai” International Journal of Social Science and Developmet (Saburai-IJSSD)  is "open access", meaning that:

 -The article is universally and freely accessible via the Internet, in an easily readable format.

 -The author(s) or copyright owner(s) irrevocably grant(s) to any third party, in advance and in perpetuity, the right to use, reproduce or disseminate the research article in its entirety or in part, in any format or medium, provided that no substantive errors are introduced in the process, proper attribution of authorship and correct citation details are given, and that the bibliographic details are not changed. If the article is reproduced or disseminated in part, this must be clearly and unequivocally indicated.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

This journal is open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to users or / institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to full text articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or author. This is in accordance with Budapest Open Access Initiative

The Saburai IJSSD have a policy of screening for plagiarism. We use Anti-Plagiarism Software "Plagscan" to check the authenticity article

Journal Scientific Statement

The articles published in Saburai International Journal of Social Science and Development (Saburai-IJSSD) are scientifically proved following the code of ethics of scientific publication. The code of ethics itself upholds three values of ethics in publications, namely, (1) Neutrality (free from conflicts of interest in public management), (2) Justice (giving the right of authorship to the beneficiary as the author), and (3) Honesty (free from duplication, fabrication, falsification and plagiarism (DF2P) in the publication. The articles published also follow the certain procedures or orders, such as blind review and revision process that consistent with the journal’s regular review, to ensure that the quality is maintained properly.



 

Content Licensing, Copyright and Permissions

Saburai IJSSD have CC-BY or an equivalent license as the optimal license for the publication, distribution, use, and reuse of scholarly work.

In developing strategy and setting priorities, Saburai IJSSD recognize that free access is better than priced access, libre access is better than free access, and libre under CC-BY or the equivalent is better than libre under more restrictive open licenses. We should achieve what we can when we can. We should not delay achieving free in order to achieve libre, and we should not stop with free when we can achieve libre.
