Abstract


 

Abstract. This study aimsto determine the effect of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance in the organizing body of the lampung provincial corpri. The sample in this study were employees in the organizing agency of the lampung provincial corpri. The method used in this research was quanttitative descriptive method by cinducting multiple linear regression analysis. This research was conducted wih quantitative methods. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. Leadership style and motivation simultaneously affect employee performance. Leadership style partially has a significant  effect on employee performance, motivation partially partially has asignificant effect on employee performance3. Furthermore, the variable that has the most significant effect is leadership style.
